After you purchase a package or service online, you’ll receive an email prompting you to send us a copy of your permit or license. Once we receive it, we’ll reach out to schedule your lessons by phone or text. We’re open 7 days a week and can work around your availability.

We strictly follow all DMV Commissioner rules and policies. If there’s ever an issue we can’t resolve, we offer a refund minus the cost of services already used. We’ve never had to be taken up on that because we handle things the right way from the start. No runaround, no nonsense. Just honest service that puts your success first.

If you’re a beginner and don’t have anyone to practice with outside of the school, we recommend a 15 to 20 lesson package to make sure you’re fully prepared and confident by test day.

If you will be practicing outside of lessons, then 10 lessons may be enough to cover the essentials and fine-tune your skills.

We also offer pickup packages for extra convenience and budget options if you’re able to come to our office. Not sure what’s best? Reach out and we’ll help you choose based on your experience and schedule.

Pickup packages cost more because they include door to door service, instructor travel time, and all the essentials for your road test including the car, appointment, and 5 hour class if needed. Many schools advertise cheaper packages but do not include the car for the road test or other key services. That ends up costing more later.

Unlike some driving schools in NYC, we strictly follow the rules set by the DMV Commissioner because your trust matters.

According to DMV regulations, if a student gives at least 24 hours’ notice and chooses to withdraw from a prepaid package before completing it, they are entitled to a refund minus the cost of any lessons already taken.

Here’s how it works:

• We do not charge enrollment fees

• You are only charged for services already used

• The per lesson rate is based on dividing the total package price by the number of lessons included

• If we are unable or unwilling to complete your package, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion

We do not make students chase us down or jump through hoops. If there is a problem, we fix it fairly, directly, and professionally.
