So I passed my Driver’s test on Tuesday and I can’t express my gratitude enough to SuperStarz driving school. I was not a confident driver , having failed my exam the first time. The instructors helped me fix the mistakes I made before. They are so patient, everyone was so helpful, my experience was absolutely great , even when I was just inquiring about the school, I had so many questions and Mohammed made sure everything was clear to me. He was more confident in me passing my exam than I was of myself. I decided to go with several instructors because I didn’t want to get used to just one person giving me my lessons. Lastly, what i think makes this school amazing is that they give you your last lesson before your test, this definitely helped get rid of last minute nervousness and increase comfortably before the exam. Super Thankful for SuperStarz Driving School, because after failing and not having driven for more than a year, to then take classes only on weekends for a month and PASS, that says more than enough about this school.

The Super Start Auto Driving School has truly helped a great deal in terms of understanding the many rules of driving safely. I have attended quite a few lessons in which the instructors were thorough with their explanations, and provided me with great corrections where needed. I have now passed my road test on the first try due to their extensive assistance, as their five hour class had also been a great asset to learning road safety and the many rules it comes along with. I highly recommend purchasing a package from this school as it is worth every penny if you want to gain the freedom of driving safely and confidently.

This was a very good experience overall! Starting from absolutely no experience, I took 10 lessons mostly with Abraham, who was great, and I passed the road test on the first try. Saaid, who drove me to the test in Staten Island and gave me my final lesson, was also a very helpful instructor. Scheduling was flexible and the staff at the office was very kind and responsive.

The only negative aspect was that my instructor for my 9th lesson was rude, unnecessarily stern, and unhelpful. Everyone else I dealt with there was fantastic, but that instructor soured my impression and made me way more stressed out and nervous the day before the road test than I would have been otherwise. With that single reservation I would highly recommend Super Starz.

After a poor experience with another BK driving school I decided to switch to Super Starz and am glad I did. After the first lesson I felt assured this would work out well and regardless of pass or fail I'd still get the right instructions and assistance I needed.

Before signing up I was skeptical of something fishy going on with their reviews, I mean 5* with 2,500 reviews in NYC... too good to be true, right? Rest assured the instructors are professional, the instructions clear, their cars are immaculate, and their admin/scheduling very easy... deserving of their 5* reputation.

I had four lessons and three different instructors Mary Lou, Mervat, Ibrahim. They were all fantastic. Day of test I showed up at 6.30am to their Bay Ridge offices and we were driven to the SI test site, where one last lesson was conducted (it's a great format to help you be prepared). Mary Lou was my instructor for the last day and I'm grateful for her instruction and importance she placed on me satisfying her I was ready to test take. Even if you "know" how to drive it's important to know what rules/checklists are needed for the test and I felt the instructors were great at doing this.

Other things to know:
- their cars are Toyota Corollas, which are easy to use and provide good visibility. Cars are clean!
- Lessons are conducted in Bay Ridge, near their offices
- Scheduling is easy via text or phone
- Book in advance as they fill up quick (they'll do what they can to accommodate you though)
- You get text reminders 24hrs before your lesson and exam
- There's a YouTube video with one instructor from Super Starz on Ashley Neal's page, that is a great guide of what to expect

I never thought I would ever get my license because being behind the wheel always seemed so overwhelming and scary to me. However, after reading the amazing reviews for Superstarz, I decided to give driving a shot by learning with them. And, it was one of the best decisions I could have made; I accomplished what I thought was the impossible! All the instructors are nothing short of amazing. They’re kind, informative and most of all—patient. I always felt at ease with all the instructors and felt like they had my best interests at heart. I passed my road test on my first try. I did the 2 lesson package. I let them know I needed help with parallel parking and 3 point turn. After just 1 lesson I was confident because they made it super easy to learn and remember. I recommend this driving school to everyone, not just that they’re really accommodating but they will help you get your license in no time. I told them I wanted to get my license as soon as possible and the whole process took about 3 weeks (many driving school will make you wait weeks for just lessons). Every time I had a question or concern they responded really quickly and they are also super friendly which makes the whole experience so much better. I chose Super Starz Auto Driving School after I have read the positive reviews on Google. And now, after I have taken the lessons and passed the driving test, I can surely say it is a great school. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give you very useful tips for driving safely on a road. They teach based not only on the principal rules but also on their extensive experience.
The office is very friendly and fast to respond. I like the fact that they are willing to work with you on a schedule as there were a few times I could not make it.

Super Starz Driving School is a HUGE reason why I was able to pass my road test on the first try. This is coming from someone that had no driving experience, and I had no one that was able to help me. I took my road test today (12/22/2022) and passed on my first try. 🥳 Thanks so much to all the instructors from Super Starz. The instructions are so kind, patience, skillful with excellent tips. I am satisfied and grateful for each lessons. Most of my lessons , I practiced with instructor, “Chris”and he is really a great instructor! As a first time learner, I was so nervous in my very first lessons and Chris helped me a lot to gain my confidence in driving by his excellent strategies. I booked seven lessons and passed my road test today! The receptionists are great at sending out reminders and are pretty accommodating so long as you give notice well in advance. You do get a different instructor every time and the experience overall definitely comes down to what teacher you get. Even though certain instructors are not guaranteed, do not be afraid to speak up and specify who you want and don't want. I'd avoid the shorter lady, as she's poor at communicating and quick to catch an attitude. Definitely get Chris if you can! He's a great teacher, and I wouldn't have passed without him. He's patient, encouraging and explains everything clearly.

I was always afraid to drive and finally decided that the time had come. After thoroughly reviewing different schools, I've decided to try Super Starz and really happy with that! I passed my exam on the first try. I took 15 classes and had the opportunity to meet different instructors. Mostly I was driving with Abraham, not only is he a great instructor but also a person. After a few classes with him, I didn't even stress but enjoyed driving! Also, thanks to Said who picked up us on the day of the driving test and let us drive before the test, that really helped! Thank Omar as well for the weekend classes, it was fun and enjoyable, especially driving when there was almost no car around 🙂

I love this driving school and I recommend it to any and everyone who wants to pass a road test or simply improve their driving skills. I’ve experienced almost all of the instructors as I have had lessons with a lot of them and I can tell you only good things. Each one of them dedicates their time for you to truly understand what you did wrong and to give you a solution to improve it. The specific instructor SAID took me to my road test and he made sure I was more than 100% prepared for my exam making me test my skills so that I can be full equipped as I was causing me pass my exam. Super Starz Auto Driving School is a great place to learn how to drive. I took a five hour class, along with 10 courses here, and passed my road test. I had absolutely no background knowledge before coming to driving school. However, once I completed my 10 lessons here, I knew all the steps and precautions I must take while driving on the road. Majority of the instructors were strict and stern, but that was very helpful towards my learning in driving. After searching for a driving school for a while I have decided to try Super Starz school. And it turned out to be the right decision because I have passed my road test with the first try. My instructor was Omar. He is the best instructor. He was very calm and patient and friendly. I can tell he likes what he does and he cares for you to learn. I highly recommend you go to this school. The instructors are patient and know what they are doing. They will teach you the ins and outs of driving safely, parking properly and how to handle all kinds of situations. I had all my classes with Edwin and he was fantastic. This driving school is truly 5/5 stars. They listened to every concern I had and answered every question I asked. If you have no experience with driving, I’ll tell you to come here because they are patient with you and teach you thoroughly even if some instructors have different methods. Lol. You pick a style that you’re most comfortable with and safe of course. My word of advice is be gentle on the break and the gas even if that means you start off slow and have to gradually gain speed because it’s better than mashing the break. Try your best to not let your nerves or speed demon control you while you’re in the car. Also if you aren’t comfortable with one instructor’s answer during your lessons, don’t hesitate to ask another. They are very encouraging. I’m glad I found this driving school and will recommend them to anyone I know who wants lessons. I passed my road test the first time.

Took 7 lessons within a span of a week (9/17 - test on 9/24). Passed flawlessly with only 1 minor deduction on the Road Test which isn't a fault of anyone. Instructor is adaptive to your strengths/weaknesses and very knowledgeable.

In terms of pure driving mechanics - everything was taught efficiently and easy to understand. Left/Right turns, K-Turns, and Parallel Parking all had effective methods for consistent results. Make sure to ask any questions on top of what they teach you.
There's things you can learn on your own conceptually through Youtube to make the lessons more effective but only having driving experience with a good instructor can help you put it into reality - a lot of it is muscle memory and getting a feel for things which they do a good job of helping you develop.

My deduction was mishearing my Road Test Examiner's instruction which was to park instead of pull over - thus leading me to be too close to a car as I cancelled the pull over and tried to get parallel for a park. But again, not a fault of anyone - not the instructors nor the examiner.

Had a fantastic experience attending this Driving School.

I was able to learn to drive and gain confidence in my driving abilities for the first time. The instructor's were nice, professional and well-patience. They were able to help me point-out my strengths and weaknesses while I was on the road. So much so, that I was able to pass my road-test on my first try just about last week.

The instructors were really amazing. I took lessons with another school before but they could not help me improve my driving all that much. Working with Said and Maya, I was able to improve my driving enough to pass! Omar was also really great at helping me understand how to navigate the road safely. The instructors knew exactly how to help me fix my mistakes and get prepared for the road test. The staff was very responsive as well. Noah always got back to me promptly with any questions I had/rescheduling I needed done. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend this for new drivers that want to learn fast.

In the beginning of may I started my lessons and let me tell you! The package deals they offer, is amazingly affordable and includes a lot of things in the packages to help you past the driving test. Of course they even help you choose the right package for you and if it’s not in you’re budget or not what you need, they’ll work something out. All the driving teachers have been very straight forward with what you’re not supposed to do and what to do during the test. I recommend this place as they thrive themselves to get you to pass on you’re first attempt or whatever attempt you’re in. They will help you with what you lack of or even extend the lesson time to get used to traffic or the wheel. Passed after 5 lessons on my first try!!! I’m so happy. I had 5 lessons practice + road test. Said and Omar are AMAZING instructors, highly recommend both.

Said took me to the road test, and we practiced for a full lesson right before it, going over and over the same moves to make sure I do it perfectly ? He is extremely knowledgeable, observant, and puts 200% effort into making sure I pass. The road test was a piece of cake & exactly what Said told me is going to be. Thank you!!!

I started driving when I was 16 and went through Driver's Ed in high school, so when I found out my license was expired and I needed to take everything over again, I was a little annoyed. When I looked up places to get this all taken care of, Super Starz popped up and I figured why not? Well, it turned out better than expected because they offered a great value package for the 5 hour course (taken on a Sat and all from the comfort of my own home), driving lesson, and transportation to the road test. Said was excellent throughout the lesson, being patient and encouraging, and even took a little more time to make sure my parking skills were top-notch. It paid off cause I passed and I thank Said and Super Starz for helping me out. Five stars ***** !!!!

Perfect for first time drivers this was my first time driving and they were great! Super professional and on time with appointments and the knowledge they give you gives you an opportunity to be almost perfect if not perfect on the road test. Great driving school! The instructors are very nice and helpful with learning how to drive. I took my road test in Staten Island and passed on my first try. They take you to practice in the area on the day of the road test which was extremely useful. Highly recommend this driving school!!

The best driving school in Brooklyn. I highly recommend them. I failed my road test the first time in Red Hook and not having the proper knowledge of passing the road test from another school. But at Super Starz, they are very patient, calm, and teach you important tricks on how to control the wheel. I took the road test in Staten Island today and passed! Super Starz Auto is where you need to be if you want to learn how to drive ! Honestly, the instructors here have so much knowledge to pass down to new drivers and it shows. They all are compassionate, understanding, and all around great teachers. I took my 5 hour class & a couple of lessons, all where great and really informs. I won’t lie I fail my first road test but that was my own doing.. I was so nervous and shook. But I went back took it the second time and passed ! I highly recommend this driving school! This is the best one in Bay Ridge & even if you live far, it’s worth the travel to come here. All of the instructors are so patient, calm and really work with you, in order to help you pass. Their only goal is to help you pass in your first try. Amazing school, they teach you how to drive safely and correctly and get over all your fears! I got my license a long time ago, but I was so nervous about the highway, I didn’t even want to try it. Now with this pandemic, I really needed to learn to drive on highways to get to work. They were very patient at Super Starz and showed me how to merge and change lanes the right way and to stay aware of everything on the road. I feel very safe on highways now thanks to all their help, and I’m even enjoying driving on them!! Very highly recommended!

After 8 years and multiple failed road test Said was the only one that helped me passed my test after the first try. 2 years later with a license I'm still not driving because I've been so scared of being on the highway... So I came back for the highway class with him and remembered yet again why his school is the best one (trust me I've tried many in the tri-state area and outside of NY). He puts you at the mind set you need to make the right call when you're driving. Sometimes we have the knowledge but doubt ourselves or have gone out and driven with others who simply don't have patience and convince you, you're not ready when you are.......Nobody likes reading extensively long reviews. I had a amazing experience at super starz. I had booked a couple lessons before the pandemic that were cancelled due to COVID-19. However when Super Starz reopened they gave me a call and rescheduled my lessons and Road Test free of charge. I highly recommend this school if you want to get your money’s worth and pass your road test on the first try.

If you’re looking for a great driving school and a great team than look no further, I’ve went to 2 different driving schools and they were never as attentive as the whole team in this school. I came to this school and within weeks I had my license. They’re all so great and after wasting so much money on other schools I was thankful that I came across them! Super Starz Auto school is excellent!!! I have a driver license but did not know how to drive. I used two different driving schools prior and still did not know how to drive. After using this driving school I feel confident and I can actually drive now. Another great thing about this school that I am taking classes to learn how to drive on a highway and also in Manhattan!! Took the 5 hour class and 3 driving classes and was able to get my license first try, with their great instructor who focuses on everything you need for the test. By far the best driving school I went to. I previously tried getting my license with another school and failed, this school gave me the confidence I need to pass it for the first time with them. The instructors are very patient and make sure that when you take the road test, you are 100% prepared for it. They are honest and work with you no matter what difficulty you have in order for it to be easier and to ensure you pass the test. I took my first driving lesson ever with Super Starz Auto Driving School. I bought package #5 which includes 10 lessons. I didn’t pass the test the first time around, but today on my second tried, I passed!!!! I have to say thank you to the instructors at Super Stars Auto Driving School. They have been so patient with me and they definitely made sure I felt comfortable and safe driving before I went to take the test or drive on my own. Forever grateful to them especially Marilou!
